Mobile Computing Accessories

Mobile computing accessories include electronic devices such as laptops, notebook PCs, tablet PCs, palmtops, personal digital assistant (PDAs), other hand held devices, networking software and access point devices. These devices have inbuilt radio signaling devices that are used to receive and transmit electronic data. They can be used in any location that is wirelessly networked using Wi-Fi or WiMax technology.

What is Mobile Computing?

Mobile computing refers to the use of small and portable computing devices in wireless enabled networks that provide wireless connections to a central main server. These devices include laptops, notebook PCs, tablet PCs, palmtops, personal digital assistant (PDAs) and other hand held devices. A radio-signaling device is installed inside these devices for receiving and transmitting electronic data.

Wi-Fi Explained (Part 1)

Wi-Fi gives freedom from wires and at the same time \"mobility\". Neither there is need to check those loose telephone connections nor worry to stay within the given length of your telephone wire; Wi-Fi enabled laptops and PDAs connect automatically to net once they enter a Wi-Fi Hotspot. In most of the developing countries, Wi-Fi is bringing broadband connection to the masses at free of cost. What else one can ask for? Kudos to the Wi-Fi concept.
